fall is in full swing.
Sunday morning, sandwiched between knit sweaters and an array of trousers in my NYC closet, I found myself uninspired. Not only did I find what was hanging in my wardrobe felt tired, but there was too much to choose from. I began removing hangers; at first one by one, then all at once. Turtlenecks with tags, unworn skirts, and ratty old sneakers. Now, in bags to be donated or gifted to friends, my clothes are ready for their next life and my closet feels reborn.
I now plan to fill some empty hangers with new pieces for fall and am eyeing these timeless pieces from The Real Real.
